1 cup baking mix
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb ground beef
Salsa or taco sauce
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Crumble ground beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in an ungreased jelly-roll pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with sauce.
