LEMON SQUARES - Easy

1 pkg yellow or lemon cake mix
1 egg
1/3 cup oil
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

Mix first 3 ingredients together with a fork until crumbly. Take 1 cup out and put aside. Pat remainder in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Blend until fluffy the remaining ingredients. Spread on hot mixture. Crumble reserved cake mix on top. Bake again for 10 minutes. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before cutting into squares.
