SMOKED SALMON DEVILED EGGS

Category: Deviled Eggs

6 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
2 tbsp mayonnaise and sour cream
2 tsp finely chopped dill and Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice and zest
3 tbsp finely minced smoked salmon
Garnish, Slivered smoked salmon and tiny sprigs of dill

Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Mix remaining ingredients. Mound mixture evenly in cavity of each egg white half. Place on platter, garnish and serve. NOTE: Can be prepared 4 hours ahead, covered and refrigerated.
