CRANBERRY MEATBALLS

1 cup herbed bread crumbs
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cranberry-orange relish
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper and thyme
1 tsp basil
2 tbsp oil

Sauce
1/2 cup cranberry-orange relish
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp flour

Combine meatball ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown.

Meanwhile, make sauce by combining ingredients in a saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Reduce heat. Add meatballs in sauce and simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve warm in a chafing dish. Serve with toothpicks. Serves 6-8
