PORK STEAKS WITH CRANBERRY-ORANGE RELISH

6-8 pork steaks
Salt and pepper
Flour
2-3 tbsp oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 container cranberries and orange relish
1/2 cup orange juice

Preheat oven to 350. Season pork steaks with salt and pepper, dredge with flour.

Heat skillet; add oil and brown meat on both sides, remove to a 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chopped onion. Spoon relish on top and drizzle with orange juice.

Cover with foil. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until pork is well cooked and you have a thin sauce. Serve with mashed potatoes.
