Grilled - SPICED SWEET POTATOES

1 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thick slices
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp butter, chopped
1/3 cup orange juice

Prepare hot grill. Layer potatoes in a shallow greased foil pan and sprinkle with brown sugar and spice; dot with butter and sprinkle with the orange juice. Cover pan with foil, place on top rack of grill, close lid, cook 20 minutes. Remove foil and test with sharp knife; cook a few more minutes. Sprinkle with additional orange juice if potatoes begin to dry out.
