HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN

6 thighs and drum sticks or 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey and soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry mustard and grated lemon rind
2 tbsp lemon juice and white wine
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp sesame seeds

Remove skin from chicken, if using thighs and legs, and cut off fat.

Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Baste chicken on both sides and grill until juices run clear (grill 15 minutes on one side, turn and grill 10-15 minutes more for the thighs and legs, and 3-4 minutes for the chicken breasts), basting with the sauce regularly. Serves 4
