SOUTH OF THE BORDER CASSEROLE

1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup flour
1 cup sour cream
1 (7 oz) can diced green chilies
1 pkg corn chips
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions

In a large skillet, brown meat and stir until crumbly. Drain and add taco seasonings; blend well. In a small bowl, combine broth and flour. Add to meat mixture and bring to a boil to slightly thicken liquid. Stir in sour cream and chilies; blend well.

In a 13x9 inch baking pan lightly grease a baking dish, place 1/2 of chips, 1/2 of meat mixture, 1/2 sour cream and chilies, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of green onions. Repeat layers ending with green onions. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
