1 lb ground beef
1 (15 oz) can chili beans
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups corn chips, divided
1 (16 oz) can pinto beans, drained
1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
1 tbsp minced onion
1 (8 oz) container sour cream

Preheat oven to 375. Brown beef; drain, stir in next 4 ingredients, 1 cup cheese, onion and 1 cup corn chips. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove form oven and spoon sour cream over casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and 1 cup corn chips. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
