CHOCOLATE PECAN ANGELS

1 cup EACH mini chocolate chips, toasted and chopped pecans and sifted powder sugar
1 egg white

Preheat oven to 350. Grease cookie sheets. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add egg white and mix well. Drop batter by tspfuls 2 inch apart onto cookie sheets. Bake 11-12 minutes or until edges are light and golden brown. Let cookies stand on cookie sheets for 5 minutes. Remove cookies to wire racks; cool completely.
