ASIAN CHICKEN KEBABS

1 tbsp soy sauce and white wine
2 tsp whole grain mustard and chives, snipped
1 tsp oil grated ginger crushed garlic
4 chicken breast fillets, diced
12 button mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
1 onion, cut into eighths
1 green capsicum (pepper), cubed
3 canned pineapple rings, quartered

Combine the first 7 ingredients. Add chicken and marinate for 1-4 hours. Thread on skewers alternating with other veggies. Barbeque, basting often, for about 10 minutes or until done. Serves 4
