HAWAIIAN DESSERT

1 pkg Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Prepare cake mix as directed on pkg. Bake in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish for 20 minutes.

Topping
1 pkg instant pudding (coconut cream or vanilla are good)
1 cup milk
4 oz cream cheese
1 large crushed pineapple
1 large container whipped topping
1/2 pkg coconut, toasted

Mix first 3 ingredients together and spread over cake. Drain pineapple and spread over pudding mixture. Spread whipped toping over pineapple. Serve with toasted coconut. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
