Cake
1 yellow cake mix
1 (3.9 oz) box instant vanilla or lemon pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp lemon extract
Topping
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
Spray Bundt cake pan. In a bowl, combine cake ingredients. Pour into cake pan and bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until tested done. Cool for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare topping by combining sugar and orange juice. Poke several holes in cake. Pour topping over cake while it is still hot. Let cake cool before removing it from pan.
