ROSEMARY CHICKEN II

Category: Poultry I

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh rosemary
1/3 cup dry white wine and olive oil
3/4 tsp black pepper
2-3 garlic cloves, pressed
1 1/2 tbsp minced green onion
1/4-1/2 tsp salt

Rinse and pat dry chicken. Mix remaining ingredients. Add the breasts to marinade cover and refrigerate 1-4 hours. Grill or broil until tender, about 3-5 minutes on each side. Brush with marinade at least once during cooking. Serves 4.
