2 pkg frozen strawberries, drain juice and save
3 tbsp cornstarch
12 drops red food coloring
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp strawberry jello
Measure juice and water to make 1 cup. Mix with sugar and cornstarch. Add food coloring and cook until thick. Add jello. Let cool 10 minutes and fold in drained strawberries. Pour on any flavored cheesecake and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
