1 thinly sliced medium cucumber
1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Drain before serving. Serves 4
