SAUSAGE AND CHEESE TARTLETS

1 lb mild ground pork sausage, cooked, crumbed and drained
1 1/4 cup shredded Monterey jack and sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) bottle ranch-style dressing
1 (4 1/2 oz) can chopped ripe olives, drained
1 tsp ground red pepper
5 pkgs frozen mini phyllo tart shells, thawed in refrigerator

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients and fill each shell and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheeses melt. Serve warm.
