Sift together:
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
Cut into flour mix with a pastry blender. Mix well. Roll out on lightly greased cookie sheet:
1 cup shortening
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp milk
Cook until thick. Spread over bottom layer:
1 (20 oz) can crushed
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
