Shelly's Recipe

*CRUNCHY CHEESE POTATOES*

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp minced chives
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 cup cheese
1/2 cup finely crushed cornflakes
Additional minced chives

In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly. Spread on a jelly-roll pan. Combine cheese and cornflakes; sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Sprinkle with additional chives.
