APPLE KUCHEN II

2 cups baking mix
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
2/3 cup milk

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups sliced peeled apples
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400. Mix together first 5 ingredients until well blended. Pour into a greased 9 inch square pan. Combine next 4 ingredients, mixing until smooth. Pour over batter. Top with apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
