ZESTY POTATO SALAD

8 medium red potatoes
1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies and diced pimientos, drained
1 medium yellow, green and red pepper, diced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 tsp dried basil
Salt, to taste
1 pkg dry zesty Italian salad dressing mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp white wine vinegar

Cook potatoes until tender but firm. Drain and cup; place in a large bowl. Add next 9 ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour over salad; toss well. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Serves 10-12
