GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD - Houstons

Lime Dressing:
1/2 cup lime juice
4 tsp honey mustard
7 1/2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced fine
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Peanut Sauce:
4 tbsp Peanut butter
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp hot water
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp ground ginger

Mix ingredients for lime dressing, then mix ingredients for peanut sauce.

Mixed greens
Carrots
Th tortilla strips
Grilled chicken breasts sliced in thin slices.

Mix the salad ingredients with the lime dressing. Drizzle peanut sauce on top.
