Shelly's Recipe

* BROASTED NEW POTATOES* - Crock pot

4 lbs new potatoes, unpeeled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 envelope zesty Italian dressing mix

Combine oil and potatoes in crock pot; stir to coat. Sprinkle with salad dressing mix and stir until potatoes are evenly coated. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until fork-tender.

NOTE: When they were done, I put them on a cookie sheet and roasted in the oven at 450 until they were browned.
