GRILLED CAESAR LIGHT CHICKEN SALAD

2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Caesar light dressing to marinade chicken in, additional dressing for basting while cooking
1 head romaine lettuce, cut up
2 zucchini, cut lengthwise
1 cup garlic croutons
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Marinade chicken with dressing in the refrigerator at least overnight, preferably overnight. Grill or broil and baste with dressing. Slice. Grill or broil zucchini slices. Arrange lettuce on platter. Place chicken slices and zucchini over lettuce. Top with croutons and cheese. Drizzle with additional dressing. Add pepper
