CHEWY WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

1 1/3 cups white chocolate baking chips
6 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
11/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup butter brickle baking bits, optional

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a square baking pan. Melt 1 cup of the white chocolate chips and the butter over low heat. Set aside to cool slightly. Beat together the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the vanilla. Slowly mix in the chocolate mixture. Gradually add the flour and beat until smooth. Spread the batter in the prepared pan. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 cup white chocolate chips and brickle bits, if using. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Place the pan on a wire rack and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
