GREEK POTATO SALAD

3 lb red potatoes, cooked in boiling water until tender, cooled and cut into bite-size pieces
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced red onions
6-8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
8 oz crumbled feta cheese
2 cups marinated artichoke hearts or crowns, sliced
1 cup sliced black and green olives
1 1/2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Italian dressing
Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add next 8 ingredients and toss. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients to blend. After well blended, toss into potato salad mixture. Chill 2-3 hours or overnight. Serves 10
