PUMPKIN RUM CAKE

1 white cake mix
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 cup rum
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Orange Glaze
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp plus 1/2 tsp orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Beat on low speed to blend, and then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans until well-blended. Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out onto a serving platter and frost with glaze.
Glaze: Combine ingredients until smooth. Spoon over top of cake. Let icing run down sides of cake.
