SPICY BEEF AND RICE SKILLET

2 lb ground beef
1 large green pepper and onion, chopped
10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
4 cups cooked long grain rice
2 cups sour cream and shredded cheese
corn chips

In a large skillet, brown first 3 ingredients until meat is no long pink; drain. Add next 8 ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients except chips. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. (DO NOT BOIL.) Serve over chips.
