6 eggs
1 (12-ounce) box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 cup sweetened, flaked coconut
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped nuts, such as pecans or walnuts
Crush cookies by putting them in a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin or glass.
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan well. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs well. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the tube or Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it sit in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate. Allow to cool completely.
