CRISPY OVEN-BAKED CHOPS

6 pork loin chops, approximately 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick

Coating
1 box corn flakes, crushed
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp rubbed sage
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup flour

Preheat oven to 350. Combine 1st 5 ingredients in a pie pan. Mix well. Beat eggs another pan. Pour flour in another.

Take chops and dip into flour, then egg and finally the crumb mixture. Set aside on a lightly oiled cookie sheet and repeat procedure with remaining chops. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until coating is crispy.
