CARIBBEAN CHICKEN II

In a large shallow pan, combine:
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp paprika and honey
1 tsp garlic salt and oregano
1/3 tsp hot sauce
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Stir well. Add chicken, turning to coat. Refrigerate 2-4 hours, turning occasionally. Prepare grill. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill uncovered for 15-20 minutes, basting with reserved marinade.
