RANCH COLE SLAW - Easy

3-4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 carrot, peeled and shredded
3 green onion, cut into 2 inch pieces and slivered
1/3 cup ranch dressing

Mix ingredients and stir until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
