HIBACHI TUNA TERIYAKI

Category: Seafood and Fish - Grilled

2 lbs yellow fin tuna, sliced thin
1 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sake
1 tsp tomato paste

Mix ingredients and pour over fish; marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill; drain off excess marinade place in a pan; bring to a boil. Grill tuna 2-4 minutes on each side. Remove to serving platter; pour heated sauce over top. Serves 4

NOTE: I grill my tuna about 3 1/2 minutes because I like it cooked about medium.
