2 1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp water
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 egg whites
1 egg
18 1/4 oz light yellow cake mix
8 oz nonfat cream cheese, softened
Vegetable cooking spray
2 tsp confectioners sugar
Combine first 9 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth. Pour batter into a 13x9 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Sprinkle with 2 tsp confectioners sugar. Cut into bars.
