ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD

1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (16 oz) can peach slices, drained (If using fresh peaches, about 2 cups sliced)
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges
2 medium firm bananas, sliced
1 medium apple cored and chopped
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup sour cream

In a large bowl, combine fruits and set aside. In a small mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk, juice concentrate for 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Drain fruit once again before spooning creamy mixture over fruit and toss gently to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours. NOTE: Additional fruits, nuts, coconut or marshmallows can also be added.
