FROSTY FRUIT SALAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 (17 oz) can apricot halves, drained and halved
1 (8 3/4 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz) can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in sour cream, sugar and salt on low speed. Stir in fruit and marshmallows. Pour into a mold. Freeze at least 8 hours. Let rest on counter at least 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6-8
