3 cups chopped cored apples, about 3 medium
1 (8 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 small stalk celery, finely chopped
1 (4 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Fold in whipped topping until just combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 8-10 NOTE: Can make up to 2 hours ahead.
