ITALIAN AMROSIA

Category: Fruit Salads

1 can of pineapple chunks, drained
1 can tropical fruit cocktal,drained
1 big bunch of seedless green grapes, washed, picked from stems
1 (15 oz) container of sour cream
1 (4 oz) container of mascarpone, room temperature
2 packets of artificial sweetner or 1 tbsp sugar
1 handfull flaked coconut
1 small bag mini marshmallows

Add sweetner to mascarpone and mix well by hand or electric mixer. Add sour cream and mix well. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir fruit gently, mixing well. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Just before serving, spoon into a pretty glass or crystal serving bowl.

NOTE: I usually serve it with a few stems of seedless green and red grapes for color and garnish.
