2 cups whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
1 cup chopped tomatoes and unpeeled cucumber
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper, drained pimiento and red onion
1/2 cup Italian dressing
In a bowl, combine vegetables. Add dressing and mixed to combine. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight. Gently stir again before serving.
