* CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CRUNCH CAKE* - Easy

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (17 oz) jar butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
1 (12 oz) carton whipped topping
3 crushed heath bars

Bake cake according to pkg directions on box. Poke holes in cake. Pour condensed milk over cake, then spread caramel topping onto cake. Spread with whipped topping. Sprinkle with candy on top. Refrigerate.
