Bake a 2-layer white cake mix as directed. While still in pan, punch holes in each layer with a fork. Dissolve 1 small pkg jello, any flavor in 1 cup boiling water for each layer. Pour 1 jello mixture over each layer of cake. (Use different colors for each layer.) Chill overnight. Dip each layer in warm water to loosen. Turn onto cake plate and frost.

Icing
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup cold milk
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Beat slowly. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled cake.
