1 lb ground beef
2 cups stuffing mix, any flavor
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
Preheat the oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, egg, and milk; mix well. Place in a loaf pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
