GRILLED SCALLOP SHRIMP KABOBS

3/4 lb large Sea Scallops
12 large Shrimp (in shells)
8 Cherry Tomatoes
8 medium Whole Mushrooms
1 medium Zucchini, cut into 1 inch slices
1/4 cup each, Olive Oil
1 cup Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped or 1 tsp Dried Thyme
1/4 tsp Salt - or to taste
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper. Cut Scallops in half, if over 1 inch in diameter. Arrange Scallops, Shrimp and vegetables alternatively on 4 (10 inch) skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak for 1/2 hour in cold water before using) brush with lemon-thyme mixture. Grill 4 inches from medium coals (10-15 minutes), brushing frequently with mixture - until Scallops are opaque in center, and Shrimp are pink.
