SWEET & SOUR SAUCE - Easy

1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar

Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat just to the boil and the sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.

Can be served warm or at room temperature.
You can make ahead and store in frig until ready to use, just warm before using.
Makes about 1 & 1/2 cups

Note: You want a kick to it add dash of Asian chili oil/sauce to taste, but not too much.
