SHRIMP RUMAKI

Medium-size shrimp, peeled and deveined
Pepper bacon
A full large heat of garlic, peeled and crushed
Several lemons and limes
1-2 tsp dried red pepper
Marinate the shrimp with the garlic, red pepper and enough of equal amounts of fresh lime and lemon juice to cover all the shrimp. Marinate in the refrigerate 3-6 hours.
After marinating, drain the shrimp and reserve the marinade for basting. Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap around the shrimp and secure with a toothpick. Broil in the oven and baste occasionally until bacon is crisp.
NOTE: These are also good grilled and then refrigerated. Then warm in the broiler prior to serving.
