SHRIMP AND BACON APPETIZER

30 small cooked shrimp
15 slices bacon, cut in half
1 (14 oz) can pineapple chunks and/or 1 can sliced water chestnuts
3/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
1/3 cup picante sauce
3 tbsp white wine
Toothpicks

Partially cook bacon slices on a shallow pan at 400 degrees for 3 minutes and drain on paper towels. Take 15 pineapple chunks and cut each piece in half. Place pineapple and/or water chestnut and 1 shrimp on each half slice bacon. Wrap bacon around and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining.

Combine sauces and wine and brush on appetizers. Place in oven and bake at 425 for 7-8 minutes. Replace picks with fresh picks and place on serving platter. Garnish with pineapple chunks and remaining sauce on the side.
