SALAMI PICKUPS

8 oz hard salami
16 oz pkg wonton skins, cut into quarters
Stone ground mustard

Place 1 salami slice on 1 wonton skin. Roll up; secure with toothpicks. Place them on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until crisp and brown, turning rolls over halfway through baking. Remove toothpicks. Serve with mustard.

Note: Can be made ahead, cover and refrigerated before baking. They can also be baked ahead and reheated in the microwave.
