BARBECUED ROUND STEAK - Crock pot

Category: Steaks - Beef

2 lbs round steak, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp seasoned salt
Pepper, to taste
1-2 cloves garlic minced
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp mustard
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water

Combine ingredients and place in a crock pot. Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours. Serve over rice.
