CATHEDRAL PORK ROAST - Easy

1 (3-4 lb) boneless pork loin
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz) jar Chinese duck sauce

Season roast with salt, pepper and garlic. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 in a shallow pan. Remove from oven and brush with sauce. Cook for 20-30 minutes longer. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
