CAJUN SAUSAGE AND RICE - Crock Pot

8 oz pkg kielbasa sausage, cut into slices
1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes with liquid
1 medium onion and green pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 tbsp chicken bouillon granules and steak sauce
3 bay leaves
1 tsp dried thyme and sugar
1/4 - 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 cup uncooked instant rice

Combine first 11 ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 ours. Remove bay leaves; stir in rice and 1/2 cup water. Cook and additional 25 minutes. Serves 5
